NOTICE OF MEETING
On December 02, 2023, 11 a.m., the following two meetings will be held at the Resurrection Parish cafeteria, 1 Resurrection Rd., Etobicoke, Ontario:
Our AGM, Annual General Meeting, to review financial statements, receive reports from our audit committee, editors and chair. This meeting will be immediately followed by a Special Meeting.
A Special Meeting has been called, pursuant to Section 62 of the Corporation’s by-laws, to hear and vote on a Resolution to dissolve the corporation effective on June 30, 2024. A copy of the relevant by-laws is set out in Schedule A. Pursuant to the bylaws, dissolution and/or winding up of the Corporation requires two-third majority vote of the members attending the Special Meeting #62. The members attending the Special Meeting of the Corporation shall also be entitled to vote on the distribution of property #64.
