Dear Lithuanians,
This year we celebrate the great miracle of the Resurrection under circumstances that are unusual for Europe and for the entire world. At this moment in history, we are filled with admiration for the heroic spirit of Ukraine. We can also be proud of our own country, rising to defend our Ukrainian brothers and sisters, ready to share everything with them. Because their fate is our fate, and the fight for the freedom of Ukraine is our fight.
May Easter bring you all unending faith in justice and the power of light to overcome darkness. May the mystery of the Resurrection inspire us to turn to one another and say “thank you for being here“.
We wish your families peace and wisdom, harmony and love, and a joyful Easter to our little ones.
