Gerindama konsulinių paslaugų teikimo Lietuvos Respublikos piliečiams kokybę ir prieinamumą, Lietuvos užsienio reikalų ministerija ir Lietuvos ambasada Kanadoje rengia išvažiuojamąsias konsulinių paslaugų teikimo misijas: 2020 metų vasario mėnesį Toronte, birželio mėnesį – Edmontone ir Kalgaryje.
Misijų metu bus priimami Lietuvos piliečių prašymai ir dokumentai dėl pasų keitimo ir išdavimo, prašymų ir dokumentų dėl LR pilietybės atkūrimo priėmimas, užsienyje sudarytų civilinės būklės aktų įtraukimo į apskaitą Lietuvoje, konsulinių pažymų išdavimo, dokumentų legalizavimas bei kitos LR ambasados patarėjos Kristinos Seniavskienės suteikiamos konsulinės paslaugos.

1. Jūsų vardą, pavardę ir telefono numerį.
2. Asmens kodą arba gimimo data.
3. Kokios konsulinės paslaugos pageidaujate.
4. Nurodyti miestą (Torontas, Edmontonas ar Kalgaris), kuriame konsulinė paslauga bus teikiama.
Jus asmeniškai informuosime atskiru elektroniniu laišku apie numatytą Jūsų priėmimui skirtą konkretų laiką.
Atkreipiame dėmesį, kad konsulinės misijos metu bus priimami tik iš anksto užsiregistravę asmenys.

The mission provides an opportunity to submit documents of you and members of your family for the reinstatement of Lithuanian citizenship, the issuance and renewal of Lithuanian passports, to register personal/family status changes after marriage/divorce, birth certificate, to make an authentication of documents, consular certificate issuance, etc.
To assist in the scheduling of individual clients, we request that you register as early as possible.
Please pre-book your appointment by forwarding the following information to [email protected] .

2. Personal code or date of birth
3. Consular service required
4. Choose the city where you wish to attend (Toronto, Edmonton, or Calgary)
