An evening to commemorate the path to the restoration of Lithuania’s Independence and to support Ukrainians fighting for freedom will be held on Friday, March 11th at 7 p.m.
at the Toronto Lithuanian House, 1573 Bloor Str. W., Toronto.
Everyone is welcome to participate at the event, which includes a presentation by Darius Skusevicius, Ambassador of Lithuania to Canada, greetings from representatives of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, the Lithuanian Canadian Community, other dignitaries.
There will also be a concert featuring musicians of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Quartetto Gelato, including the following performers:

Admission is free. Donations are requested for the Ukrainian Humanitarian Appeal, a fund established by the Canada-Ukraine Foundation, a CRA-registered charity, in partnership with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, to provide humanitarian assistance, in the form of food and hygiene, security, medical care and emergency shelter, to victims of Russian aggression in Ukraine.
Participants are encouraged to donate in advance at www.cufoundation.ca or by cheque, on the day of the event, to the Canada-Ukraine Foundation, specifying the Ukrainian Humanitarian Appeal in the memo line.
